George Romanski – President Mr. Romanski has specialized in the production of software development environments for the past 35 years. His work has focused on compilers, cross compilers, run-time systems, and tools for embedded real-time applications. Since 1992, he has concentrated on software for safety critical applications and safety critical verification. He has also been an active member of the following Committees:

James Chelini – Chief Operations Officer Mr. Chelini has over 30 years experience in software development for embedded real-time systems in both commercial and military applications. His work has focused on the definition and implementation of software architectures, software safety, and process improvement. Prior to co-founding Verocel in 1999, Mr. Chelini has held a number of technical and managerial positions with Aonix, Raytheon, GTE, and Xerox. Mr. Chelini is currently the co-chair of the Object-Oriented Technology Subgroup under RTCA Special Committee, SC-205 – Software Considerations in Airborne Systems. He has also been an active member of the following RTCA Special Committees:

James O'Leary – Vice President Verocel Products Mr. O'Leary has nearly 30 years experience in software development and project management with a strong background in compiler development, Windows product development management, and high-integrity software quality assurance. Prior to joining Verocel, Mr. O'Leary held a number of technical and managerial positions including: Senior SQA Engineer for Xevo Corporation responsible for testing of Xevo's ASP Workbench Provisioning System. Object-oriented testing using Java. Safety Critical Testing Manager at Aonix, responsible for low-level functional and coverage testing policies and procedures suitable for DO-178B certification. He also managed the engineering team that performed functional and coverage testing of Aonix's DO-178B-certifiable Ada Run-time Systems. With Verocel, he has been the designer, manager, and chief evangelist for our VeroTrace Requirements Management Tool. |

Dewi Daniels – Managing Director, Verocel Limited Mr. Daniels is a chartered engineer with over 30 years’ experience of software development and verification. Throughout his career, he has specialised in safety-critical, mission-critical and other kinds of high integrity software. He has worked on projects ranging from a secure trading system for the Bank of England to a number of civil and military aircraft, including the Lockheed C-130J, BAE Systems Nimrod, Hawk, Harrier, Tornado, Bombardier Q400, Airbus A330/340, Airbus A330 MRTT, Airbus A380 and Boeing 787. |

Tomasz Iwaszkiewicz – Managing Director, Verocel-Polska sp. z o.o. Mr. Iwaszkiewicz has focused on the verification of safety critical software since the very first day of his career. Prior to co-founding Verocel-Polska sp. z o.o. in 2001, he was a member of an international team of software engineers specialized in test development for embedded systems. Since 2001, Mr. Iwaszkiewicz has participated in numerous verification projects for safety-critical applications, real time operating systems, run-time kernels and Integrated Modular Avionics platforms.Mr. Iwaszkiewicz has also been involved in the design and implementation of several ED-12B/DO-178B qualified tools, including structural coverage analysis tools, instruction level microcontroller simulators, stack usage analysis tool, and XML-based configuration data management tools for IMA systems. Mr. Iwaszkiewicz is presently an active member of the Application/Executive (APEX) Software Subcommittee responsible for development of the ARINC Specification 653 – Avionics Application Software Standard Interface.

Rainer Köllner – Managing Director, Verocel GmbH. Mr. Köllner has over 30 years experience in the software engineering market for embedded systems. He started his career as an engineer focussing on programming language design, compilers, and software development environments. Since 1992, he was general manager of a German subsidiary of an International software tools company, with extensive involvement in safety-critical projects. In 2005 Rainer Köllner co-founded Verocel GmbH and is responsible for the European business of Verocel outside of the UK. In addition to his role as managing director he is also involved with project management and certification liaison activities.
